Promoting a positive vendor relationship allows us to enhance the valuable partnerships we have developed.

This department also helps ensure that existing vendors maintain eligibility by ensuring ongoing compliance with maintaining insurance coverage and appropriate licensing requirements.

Vendor Management also manages every aspect of the Broker Application process with prospective vendors- from the registration process, to qualifying, to screening, to approving.

Vendor Selection

We invite you to apply to become an REO Listing Broker/Agent for Atlas REO Services. The purpose of our on-line registration is to collect information from you regarding your qualifications and capacity. Completing the registration is not automatic approval and entry into our network. Adding new agents into our network is based on current asset inventory volume. It may take years before a new listing agent is needed in your area. Our vendor selection process requires interview and screening. Entry into our network is based on successful interview and compliance with Atlas REO Services requirements.
